Founded in 2011, Spearhead Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery located in Ontario, Canada. At the heart of Spearhead is our passion for brewing off-the-hook beers that we call Beer Without Boundaries®.

Job Objective

The objective is simple. Maximize the sales in your territory by maintaining existing customers and soliciting new restaurants and licensed establishments.

Job Description

Here is a list of the things you will be spending your life on.

  • Solicit new licensee accounts within your assigned territory
  • Maintain existing licensee accounts within your assigned territory
  • Administrative sales rep duties including CRM updates, reports, plans, etc
  • Post social media content for your licensees
  • Pick up payments from your licensees when requested
  • Provide technical support for your licensees including line cleanings, technical support and installs
  • Attend sales meetings and trainings
  • Organizing prospect and existing customer visits into your calendar
  • Executing prospect presentations
  • Setting-up and serving at Festivals & Shows
  • Emergency delivery of beer

Hours of Work

40 to 44 hours per week Monday to Friday however craft beer is a culture and will be part of your soul. Your typical workweek will include occasional evenings and weekends.
